Stella Rose Webb, 59, of Athens, passed away on March 23, 2023 at her home.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Irene Dodson; father, Oath Ratledge; one brother, Randal Ratledge; and lifelong companion, Terry Wayne Stamey, Jr.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, two daughters, Allison Taylor and Crystal Stamey; three sisters, Diane Dodson, Faye Walker (Donnie) and Rebecca Ratledge; three grandchildren, Jordin Taylor, Cole McMurray and Diamond Stamey; and several nieces, nephews and other extended family members.
