Humane Educational Society Offers Free Adult Dog Adoptions In April

  • Tuesday, April 11, 2023

The Humane Educational Society is hosting an adoption event all April long. Its kennels are filling up fast, so it is waiving adoption fees on all adult dogs.

If adoption isn't an option, HES encourages becoming a foster. Fostering saves lives and you can give animals a much needed break from shelter life while they wait for their forever families. HES provides everything: medication, food, vaccines, and other supplies.

HES is offering a vaccination clinic Saturday, April 22, from 10 a.m.-noon at Soddy Elementary, 260 School St. Low-cost vaccine clinics are located within Hamilton County most months on the last Saturday.
