Chattanooga Actress Wins Best Lead Actress Award At International Christian Film Festival

At the 2023 International Christian Film and Music Festival held in Orlando, Fl.,  Sarah LeJeune was named Best Actress in a Feature Film for her work in Amazing Gracie. She was one of nine nominees selected by the ICFF nomination committee for Best Actress.  Amazing Gracie was also nominated for Best Inspirational Film, Best Screenplay, and received a Best Supporting Actress nomination for ten-year-old Celina Acevedo’s portrayal of Gracie.

Amazing Gracie is a faith-based comedy about Lucy, an irresponsible and self-absorbed young woman, who has her world turned upside down when she is granted custody of her precocious niece, Grace.
The film will be released in the Summer of 2023. It is produced and directed by Micah Caronna with Living Word Studios (www.lwfc.org).  In addition to playing the lead character, Ms. LeJeune also wrote the screenplay and edited Amazing Gracie. About Sarah LeJeune:  Sarah is an actress, casting director, video editor and screenwriter. She wears many hats and loves storytelling in all its forms. Sarah has been acting since she was in elementary school. 

Born in Orange County, Ca., She and her family moved to the Nashville area where she began to act in school plays and with local theater companies, including Pull-Tight Players, Springhouse Theatre, The Renaissance Players and Nashville’s Shakespeare in the Park.
