CSCC Raises Over $21,000 For Scholarships For Hispanic And Latinx Students

During the Inaugural Hispanic Student Scholarship Dinner, CSCC’s Foundation raised over $21,000 for new scholarships dedicated to Hispanic and Latinx students.

Kretel Arzola, a recent graduate from Cleveland State Community College, addressed the attendees of the inaugural dinner on Tuesday evening. Ms. Arzola was a recipient of a scholarship for adults to earn an associate degree or technical certificate, tuition-free.

Carolina Roman, CSCC alumna and employee, and Bianca Baker, Foundation Trustee, discussed the importance of giving to the Hispanic Scholarship at Cleveland State.
