Kurt Douglas Williams, 54, of Chattanooga, passed away Wednesday, May 31, 2023, in a local hospital.

He was a 1987 graduate of Finney High School. Kurt was formerly employed by Volkswagen as a Forklift Driver.

Kurt was preceded in death by his father, Willie Williams; stepfather, Arthur Cooper, Jr.; grandparents, Willie, Sr., Katherine Grady, Ardela Cooper Butler, George Butler, and Arthur Cooper, Sr.

Survivors include his wife, Sharon Davis-Williams; son, Kenneth Davis of Chattanooga; daughters, Tanisha (Collis) Williams of Detroit, MI, Diamond (Demario) Corley of Saginaw, MI, Brandi Hall, De’Shayla Williams, Tiera Williams, Danielle Williams, all of Detroit and Kenisha Kirksey; 7 grandchildren; mother, Frankie Ross of Detroit; brothers, Arthur (Angela) Cooper, III, Clarence (April) Gordon of Redford, MI, and Marvin McGhee of Detroit; sister, Pamela D. Cooper of Detroit; uncles, Robert Grady of Stone Mountain, GA, James Cooper of Phoenix City, AL, and Willie Grady, Jr. of Opelika, AL; aunts, Dorthea Grady of Stone Mountain, Susie Cooper of Smith Station, AL, and Rosenel Bolden; a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends.

There will be a private family service.
