Drag Show Featured At Cherry Street Tavern On Wednesday Night

Obvious Dad, described as "the boldest theater company in Chattanooga," kicks off its third season with the Dad Gala event next Wednesday followed by the opening night of Sagittarius Ponderosa on Friday, June 16, and LEAR on Friday, Aug. 1. 

The Dad Gala "will feature the fabulous and incomparable Hormona Lisa, who will be emceeing the event with performances by the talented local bands Lillian and Terrestrial Troubadours."

There will be live music and drag performances. 

Also that evening, winners of the Obvious Dad online auction will be announced.

The Wednesday night event will be at the Cherry Street Tavern, 719 Cherry St. Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show starts at 8 p.m.

The cost is a $10 donation at the door.
