Charles Barham
Charles Edward Barham, 79, of Tyler, Texas, passed away on August 17, 2023.
He was born in Chattanooga, to W.R. Barham and Lois Weaver Barham. Raised in Rossville, he graduated from Rossville High School and then attended University of Georgia and graduated with a Bachelor of Business degree. While attending college he was also in the U.S Naval Air Reserves and served as an officer for three years. He worked in the Chattanooga area for a while after graduation before moving to the Kansas City area. In 2001, he moved to Tyler, Tx., to be close to his brother, Ken. In Tyler he was a lifetime member of the Vietnam Veterans Group.
Chuck (Eddie) will be remembered for his immeasurable love and his ability to bring happiness to those he encountered. His legacy of hard work, love and charisma will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
He is survived by wife, Sandra S. Barham; daughters, Michele Staples (John), Surprise, Az.; Chandra Linquist (Bryan), Highland Village, Tx.; granddaughters, Sydney Linquist, Highland Village, Tx.; Samantha Linquist, Highland Village, Tx; and brother, Ken Barham, Tyler, TX.
A memorial service will be held on Oct. 8, from 2-5 p.m. at 294 Arbor Woods Circle, Ringgold, Ga. 30736. Please feel free to come by to celebrate Chuck (Eddie).
