The beloved, vibrant, kind, gracious, generous, and fun-loving Tina (Cristine Connor Brooks) Brown of Lutherville, Maryland died peacefully at home on October 8, 2024.

Tina’s life was filled with bounteous love for her husband, children, and granddaughter as well as passions for tennis, flowers, friends, and most recently, stand-up comedy.

Tina considered her greatest accomplishments to be her 34-year marriage and her two sons. She is survived by her husband, Mitchell, sons Jamie (Grace) and Parker, granddaughter and light of her life, Lydia, brother Jay (Abbie) Brooks, sister Bonny (David) Traylor, and numerous nieces and nephews. Tina was predeceased by her parents Bill and “Minty” and sister Cindy.

Tina was born in Chicago and grew up on Lookout Mountain, Tn., where she became an avid tennis player, horseback rider, and fun-instigator. Tina and Mitchell lived in Chattanooga, Austin/San Marcos, Texas, Baltimore, and Melbourne, Australia. Tina loved traveling, was a foodie, and was deeply satisfied by volunteer work for numerous non-profit organizations everywhere she lived.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 22, at the Church of the Redeemer, 5603 N. Charles Street, Baltimore. A reception for family and friends will follow in the church’s Parish Hall.

Flowers in varying shades of pink may be sent to the church.
