Lee School Of Music To Present Senior Honors Concert Tuesday

The Lee University School of Music will present the Senior Honors Concert on Tuesday, Nov. 19, at 7:30 p.m. in Squires Recital Hall, featuring performers selected by music faculty from the entire senior class. 

“We have a very gifted group of senior music majors this year,” said Dr. Douglas Warner, director of applied studies in music. “These performers represent the high level of musicianship for which the Lee University School of Music is known, and we look forward to showcasing their talent.” 

The vocalists performing include Lily Allen and Taylor Guyton, mezzo-sopranos, and Daniel Puckett, tenor.  

Performing instrumentalists include YeEun Kim, piano; Austin Petitt, tenor saxophone; Alex Reid, alto saxophone; Riley Russell, soprano saxophone; Triston Teague, tuba; and Gracie Webb, piano. 

The program will feature works by composers such as Denis Bédard, Ida Gotkovsky, and Giacomo Puccini, among others.

This is a free, non-ticketed event, open to the public. Squires Recital Hall is located in Lee’s Humanities Center on Paul Conn Parkway. Livestream viewing will be available at leeu.live
