Talent Showcase At Cleveland State Set For Nov. 15

  • Monday, November 4, 2024
Cleveland State Community College Curtain Call Society invites the public to the talent showcase, Cougars on Stage, Friday, Nov. 15 at 7 p.m. in the George R. Johnson Culture Heritage Center Auditorium on the college’s main campus.

The free event will showcase the fine arts opportunities at the college including music, drama, comedy, poetry and more performed by Cleveland State students and employees as well as members of the Cleveland community.

“The members of our drama club have been working really hard to organize this event and encourage people to take the opportunity to show off their talents,” said Holly Shiveley, associate professor of Communications.
“At Cleveland State, yes, we focus on academics, but we also want our college family and the community to feel free to express themselves, which is one of the purposes of all forms of art. The audience members also get the chance to experience this expression as well.”

For more information about the free event, contact Ms. Shiveley at hshiveley@clevelandstatecc.edu.
