Janice King, 58, of Dunlap, Tennessee was called home on Tuesday, February 27, 2024. 

On March 8, 1965, she was born to the late Clayton Rogers, Sr. and Josephine Morris Rogers. 

She was married to Billy King, Jr.  Janice loved her family, her dogs, Bella, Harley, Jacks, Molly and Buddy.  She had an affection for all animals and rescued many.  Janice loved flowers, cooking and family get-togethers.

Janice is preceded in death by her father, Clayton Rogers, Sr.; mother, Josephine Morris Rogers; brothers, Clayton Rogers, Jr. and Matt Rogers.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Billy King, Jr.; sons, Jeff (Brandi Smartt) Walters, Charlie Walters; brother, Matt Rogers; grandchildren, Mason Walters, Kayden Walters and many special friends.

The family will hold a visitation on Monday, March 4, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. CT at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tn.

Funeral services are on Monday, March 4, at 1 p.m. CT at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tn. with Pastor Jason Vinson officiating.

Janice will be laid to rest on Monday, March 4, at Long Acres Cemetery in Stevenson, Alabama, immediately following the funeral service.

The pallbearers are Charlie Walters and Jeff Walters.
