Girls Inc. Of Chattanooga Hires Michael Cole As Fiscal/Finance Manager

Girls Inc. of Chattanooga announces the appointment of Michael Cole as their new fiscal/finance manager effective this past Monday.

Officials said, "With an extensive background in finance leadership and a passion for organizational growth and sustainability, Michael brings invaluable expertise to our team.

"As the fiscal/finance manager, Michael will oversee the financial health and functions of Girls Inc. of Chattanooga, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and strategic vision.
His responsibilities include managing financial procedures, processes, reporting systems, and budgets to support our mission of empowering girls to succeed.

"Michael's impressive career spans over 20 years, during which he has held diverse leadership roles, including vice president of business operations, vice president of finance and operations, and corporate accounting manager. He is recognized for his strategic planning abilities, financial acumen and track record of achieving record-setting financial growth.

"In his previous roles, Michael has demonstrated his commitment to organizational success through innovative initiatives and strategic partnerships. As president and CEO at the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce, he led re-branding efforts, increased membership and maximized ROI for special events. As vice president of business operations at Tennessee College of Applied Technology, he streamlined operations, boosted productivity and aligned financial resources with academic objectives."

Mr. Cole holds a master of public administration from Golden Gate University in San Francisco and a bachelor of science in business administration from Lee University in Cleveland.
