Eston Dale Shipp, 84, of Chattanooga, TN, passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2024.

Eston was born in Rock Spring, GA, on January 7, 1940, the son of the late Ernest Shipp and Lena Cope Shipp. Eston was a member of Ooltewah United Methodist Church. He loved and cared for everyone and enjoyed camping.

In addition to his parents, Eston was preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte Frazier Shipp; and siblings, Doris Neese, Melvin Shipp, Sidney Shipp, and Wilbur Shipp.

Survivors include his daughter, Karla Williams; two grandchildren, Roger Williams, III and Dale Edward Williams; and two great-grandchildren, Brooklyn and Nathan Williams. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

A Celebration of Life will be Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at 1 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home.
