After a successful turnout from the past two years, Grace Academy’s Athletics Department will host its third Annual Golf Tournament in efforts to help raise money for their Athletic Program.
On Tuesday, April 30, at 9 a.m., all golfers will begin a shotgun start at Windstone Golf Club in Ringgold. Grace Athletics is hosting this event with the expected outcome to help their sports programs compensate for the many different locations that they are having to use for their “home field and court” locations, along with gear and any essential items needed for future seasons and each respective team.
This golf tournament will be open to the public and Grace Academy is asking everyone who might be interested in participating, to register as an individual or a team. There are opportunities to purchase specific sponsorships that will guarantee a wide variety of incentives that are free to those who choose to be sponsors.
If you are interested in sports and have a willingness to help fund our student athletes after the complete devastation of facilities from the Easter 2020 tornado, this is the perfect opportunity.
Holding this tournament not only provides monetary funding for athletics, but also gives the Grace Academy Community the opportunity to connect with others. “This will be the third golf tournament that our Athletics Department has hosted. Like every year, we are grateful for all of those who continue to support and partner with us. This event will continue to help us revitalize our athletic facilities and equipment”, said Athletic Director, Bob Ateca.
