C. S. Lewis Scholar Michael Ward Speaks At First Presbyterian Thursday

C. S. Lewis scholar, Dr. Michael Ward, from Oxford, UK, will speak at First Presbyterian Church Thursday evening.

The lecture will be held in the Fellowship Hall of the church, 554 McCallie Ave., in downtown Chattanooga. The event is sponsored by the Christian Study Center of Chattanooga.

Dr. Ward's topic is "C. S. Lewis on Reason and Imagination in Religion and Science." Dr. Ward is the author of several important works on Lewis, including his renowned Planet Narnia.

A light dessert and drinks will be served at a reception, beginning at 6:30 p.m. The lecture will begin at 7 p.m.
