Karen Daneen Allen, 70, of Chattanooga went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 6, 2024. She had been surrounded by family and loved ones in her last days.

She was born June 21, 1953. She was a Christian and a member of the Omega Harvest Church in Red Bank.

Karen loved spending time with her family and her dog Benji. She enjoyed driving a school bus for many years, and she also loved her last job helping people find jobs through the Department of Labor.

Karen was preceded in death by her father, Elbert Hale.

She is survived by her mother, Jackie Hale; daughter, Ginger Hart (Tim) Winston; son, Adam (Susan) Hart; granddaughters, Ashley Parker, Sarah Hart and Avery Hart; grandsons, Nathaniel Winston and Matthew Winston; brother Michael Hale; her children's father, Marvin Hart.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 10, from 12:30-2:30 p.m. at Lane Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be follow at 2:30 p.m. in the Coulter Chapel of Lane Funeral Home, with Bishop Charles Pittman, Rev. Mia Pittman-Head, and Tim Winston officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
