The former Alexian Grove Independent living facility in Lookout Valley off Cummings Road near I-24 exit has sold for $11,049,000.

The property, located at 100 Asbury Oak Lane in Chattanooga, was sold to Lennar Homes Of Tennessee LLC by Trasimene LLC.
