Seed Theatre Presents U.S. Premiere Of Award-Winning Play "The Prince" Abigail Thorn

The Seed Theatre announced the U.S. premiere of the critically acclaimed and award-winning play "The Prince" by Abigail Thorn. The play will open on Friday at 7 p.m. at the Barking Legs Theater and have additional showings on Saturday at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Winner of the 2022 BroadwayWorld Awards, "The Prince" "delves deeply into themes of trans identity, self-discovery, and transformation."

Abigail Thorn, known for her work on the YouTube channel Philosophy Tube, brings her insightful and compassionate exploration of identity to the stage in "The Prince." The play offers a poignant narrative that resonates deeply with audiences, celebrating diversity and the journey of self-acceptance, it was stated.

"The Prince" "is a modern reimagining of Shakespearean themes, intertwined with contemporary issues and personal struggles. It explores the life of its protagonist as they navigate the complexities of gender identity and societal expectations.
