Anthony Ray “Tony” Zanoska, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Monday, July 22, 2024, at a local health care facility surrounded by family. He fought a long and courageous battle with cancer.

Tony was born on April 28, 1951, to Anthony and Dorothy Zanoska in Chicago, IL. He had been a Cleveland resident since 1966. Tony retired from Mohawk Industries. He served in the Tennessee National Guard.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a nephew, Bradley Zanoska, and several aunts’ uncles.

Survivors include his sons, Anthony and Brian Zanoska, grandchildren, Daysia Zanoska, Blain Zanoska and Lauren Sneed, and two great grandchildren. The siblings are Bradley Zanoska and Carl Zanoska.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 24, at noon at Poole-Serenity Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Matt Harrell officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until noon on Wednesday, at the funeral home.
