Wind River Built had a ribbon-cutting today to open up its new 90,000 square foot facility
Wind River Built, a locally owned company specializing in designing and constructing high-quality park model tiny homes and modular homes, celebrated the ribbon-cutting ceremony for its newly expanded facility at the Cleveland/Bradley Industrial Park. The $15 million project, set on 31 acres, added a state-of-the-art 92,000 square foot production space, marking a significant milestone in the company's growth and commitment to innovation.
Officials said, "To support the new facility Wind River has employed 105 management, staff and highly trained craftsmen, adding a significant contribution to the local workforce.
The company’s increased capacity also allows for the production of approximately 120 additional housing units per year, supporting its mission to meet the rising demand for quality homes. Their homes are currently in 27 states across the U.S."
"The expansion of our facility is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team. The support and guidance of Doug Berry at the Cleveland-Bradley County Chamber of Commerce and the State of Tennessee’s Office of Economic and Community Development was a huge help in paving the way for this expansion," said Travis Pyke, co-founder and CEO of Wind River Built. "This investment will enable us to substantially enhance our production capabilities and support our business expansion. The ribbon-cutting ceremony also featured a tour of the new facility, providing an in-depth look at the company’s construction process and innovative home designs. The event underscored Wind River Built's ongoing commitment to excellence and creating high-quality living spaces.
