Cleveland City Schools Celebrates Grand Opening Of New Educational Support Center

Cleveland City Schools announces the grand opening of its brand-new Educational Support Center, a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to providing comprehensive resources and support to students, educators and the community. The ribbon-cutting ceremony took place on Aug. 5 at the new center at 775 Raider Dr. in Cleveland.

The Educational Support Center represents a significant milestone in Cleveland City Schools’ commitment to enhancing educational outcomes and fostering a supportive learning environment.
This modern facility was designed to offer a wide range of services, including academic counseling, professional development for teachers, family engagement programs, and resources for special education.

Dr. Jeff Elliott, director of Schools for Cleveland City Schools, said, "The opening of the Educational Support Center marks a new chapter for our school district. This center will be a hub of innovation and support, ensuring that each individual has access to the resources they need to succeed. We are excited to see the positive impact it will have on our school community."

The ribbon-cutting ceremony featured remarks from Dr. Elliott, Board Chair Nate Tucker, Mayor Kevin Brooks and Project Manager Hal Taylor. City officials and other attendees had the opportunity to tour the facility, meet the dedicated staff and learn more about the programs and services offered at the center.
