Judith Ann Dove Wilson
Judith Ann Dove Wilson, born on April 27, 1944, in Chattanooga, TN, passed away peacefully on August 5, 2024.
She was the beloved daughter of Vernon and Margret Dove and stepdaughter of Ernestine Dove.
Judith graduated from City High School, where she met the love of her life, Robert Allan Wilson. Together they celebrated 61 years of marriage and raised a beautiful family. Judith's legacy lives on through her three daughters, Jill Wilson Barsoumian, Cathy Wilson, and Margaret Christine Wilson.
Judith was a proud grandmother to Jonathan Wright (Kelly), Jenna Barsoumian (Mike), and Emily Barsoumian, and cherished her role as a great-grandmother to Caiden Wright, Bryant Wright, Kylan Barsoumian Nowlin, Harper Nowlin, and Noble Nowlin.
She is survived by her loving siblings, Terri Mabry (Jimmy) and sister-in-law Patricia Cross. Judith was preceded in death by her parents, Margaret Dove and Vernon Dove and Ernestine Dove as well as her siblings: Mary Dove Crumbliss, Vernon Dove Jr., and Bill Cross.
A woman of deep faith and devotion to her family, Judith centered her life around her loved ones and her love for the Lord. She found joy in cooking, crafting, and singing. Her passion for flower gardening brought beauty to her life. Judith had a special affection for dogs and cherished vacations at the beach, where she found peace in the sound of the waves and the beauty of the birds.
Judith Ann Dove Wilson will be dearly missed by all who knew her, and her spirit will continue to inspire those who carry her memory in their hearts.
A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, August 10, 2024, at 4 p.m. at Heritage Chapel with Pastor Ken Hartley and Pastor Madaline McFarland officiating.
Visitation will be Saturday from 2-4 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home.
