Join us for a Franchise Tax Cut Lunch and Learn with the TN Department of Revenue and our Hamilton County Legislative Delegation! This informative session will cover the recent legislation passed by Governor Bill Lee and the TN legislature, which eliminates the property measure from the franchise tax calculation. This new law authorizes the Department of Revenue to issue franchise tax refunds to eligible businesses, potentially saving you thousands of dollars.
