Officials of the Raines Group, one of Chattanooga’s oldest full-service commercial and residential real estate companies, announced that in 2024 the company will celebrate its 40th year of bringing professional real estate management, leasing and sales services to the area. The company was founded in 1984.
In the past years the company has concentrated on primarily offering professional advising, consulting and sales services in the commercial real estate market; however, The Raines Group will soon be broadening its specialized services to include the residential segment. A further announcement on this will be coming soon.
“The Raines Group has been blessed with many great clients and an outstanding staff of real estate professionals over the past 40 years,” said William B. Raines, Jr., president and founder of the company. “We understand that we are in a very competitive business, and we know that our potential clients have a choice of dealing with other companies. Our attitude is to work harder and smarter, going the extra mile for each customer. Very few companies enjoy a 40 year or longer lifespan. I am very proud of our company."
The Raines Group describes its positive business attitude and belief that every property and client represent a “diamond in the rough.” The company’s role is to polish and enhance the diamond, thus maximizing its value, and either sell it or manage it for our client, said officials.
The company has more than 200 years of combined real estate experience. The staff members offer varied, specialized services, including CSM (Certified Shopping Center Manager from ICSC), CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member from NAR) and RPA (Real Property Administrator by BOMA).
