Stan G. Leamon
Stan G. Leamon, 56, passed away on August 1, 2024, at his home in Cumming, Georgia.
Stan grew up in Hixson, and graduated from Hixson High School, class of 1986. Stan enjoyed working with his hands which was conducive to his occupation as an excellent musical instrument technician. Stan worked for Ponce De Leon Music, in Cumming for 18 years.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ed G. Leamon, grandparents, Edgar and Nellie Leamon and Percy and Myrtle Grant.
Survivors include his daughter, Megan Leamon; brother, Scott G. Leamon (Ellen), mother, Beth G. Nelson, partner, Kitsey Fischer, sisters, Shelley L. Fryman (Alan) and Beth L. Knight (Will), former wife, Cindy Gilbert and her daughters, Brandy MacFie and Crystal Crittenden, extended siblings, Patty Brown, Betty Johnson, Jim Nelson (Maura), and Mike Nelson (Judith), and special cousin, Sharon Gilley.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, Sept. 28, at 11 a.m. at the Continental Condominiums, Banquet Room, 1414 Continental Drive, Chattanooga, Tn. 37405. Friends and family are invited to come and share remembrances.
