Baylor's Marshall Bible scored the lone goal in the 29th minute off an Antonio Basan corner kick.

"Our two points of emphasis were win every 50/50 soccer ball and play with grit," Baylor head coach said after the game. "We did that against a very good and well coached Hendersonville team. I was very proud of our guys for the growth they showed today.

We used numerous players for the game today and everyone played a big part."
