Robert Earl Bledsoe Jr., age 43, passed away on Friday, March, 7th, 2025 at Kindred Hospital.

Robert was born on August 11th, 1981 and was the light in everyone’s life that knew him. He had the best sense of humor and enjoyed laughing and joking with his friends and family. 

Robert was athletic, he excelled at bowling, played basketball and swam. In his younger years Robert joined bowling leagues, practiced hard and made sure he won his games as he was highly competitive. Robert won several medals in the Special Olympics for his swimming and track and field skills.  Robert looked forward to time with his mom and his aunt Teresa, when anything happened, he always wanted to make sure they were notified. Robert being a lady’s man had many friends that were special to him. Robert has been cared for in his home by professionals with Allied Community Supports, LLC since March 04, 2019. He was loved by his friends here and will be greatly missed. 

We would like to thank the professionals who worked with him and ensured that he lived his best life. Those people over the last 6 years include Roland Rizer, Kenyetta Scott, Joy Douglass, Jerry Harden, Justin Jones, Robert Brown, Juelian High, Rico Bush, Shaquise Taylor and Jonathan Leftwich. The Co-owners of Allied Community Supports Lynn Bernier, Demetric Mostiller and Elizabeth Mostiller were very involved in Robert’s life and enjoyed spending time with him. Robert knew that his mom and Elizabeth (Wiz) would always advocate for him and make sure he was well taken care of. Kristy Greenhaw with Allied Behavioral Services was a longtime therapist and friend for Robert, and we would like to thank her as well. Mark Ruffin with Community Network Services and Stacy Hartman were also special friends to Robert, and we would like to thank them. 

Robert was preceded in death by his grandmother (Shirley McGuire) and his father Robert Bledsoe Sr.

Robert is survived by his Mother Sandra Winters Stepfather Michael Winters sibling Dustin Winters (Tonya Thomas), Celeste Dover, Donte Winters (Chrissy Winters), and Kevin Scott Cooke (Jennifer Cooke). In addition, his three half-brothers, and one half sister. His aunt Teresa and David Johnson, and his cousins Melissa Johnson, and Christine Johnson (Bryan). 

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Sanctuary Hill, Inc. 4406 Brainerd Rd. Chattanooga TN 37411 A memorial service will be held with close friends and family only.
