The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Chattanooga Chapter will hold a fundraiser for their Reach to the Future Scholarship fund on June 7 from noon-2:30 p.m. at Embassy Suites, 2321 Lifestyle Way in Chattanooga.
Officials said, " Come hear the powerful voice of Cyntoia Brown-Long, a human trafficking survivor turned advocate as she shares her journey of pain, purpose and power. This isn’t just a luncheon—it’s a call to awareness and action.
"With I-75 running through Chattanooga, our city is no stranger to the trafficking crisis.
Let’s come together, raise awareness and support the mission of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Chattanooga Chapter.
"Help us commemorate 30 years of advocacy by reaching our goal of awarding $30,000 in scholarships this year."
