Aris Tilley
Aris Tilley, 89, of Chattanooga passed away on Thursday, April 17, 2025.
She was born in Tellico Plains, Tn., in 1936 to the late James and Ada Webb. Aris was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Her legacy of love for family remains as a symbol of her devotion.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Melvin Tilley; son, James Michael Tilley; brothers, Lawrence and Jason; and sister, Ruby.
Survivors include her son, John (Marilyn) Tilley; four grandchildren, Michael, Riann, Christopher, and Colin; and three great grandchildren, Megan, Benjamin, and Tulip.
Aris’s wishes were to have private services and be laid to rest with her husband at the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
