Peggy Lane Pryor, 88, of Ooltewah, peacefully passed into the arms of her Savior Friday morning, May 16, 2025.

For 65 years, Peggy was a devoted member of Brainerd Baptist Church, where she faithfully served in the youth ministry during her earlier years and continued to pray for the children and teenagers throughout her life.

Peggy was a dedicated prayer warrior, a trusted friend, and a pillar of strength for those who knew her. Her faith in God was her guiding light, and her compassion for others was boundless. She leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, and unwavering support for those she held dear.

Peggy lived out her faith in her 45-year real estate career. She was a respected business leader in the community and treated everyone with love and respect. She touched many lives. Her professional legacy stands as a testament to her caring heart and community spirit.

Peggy loved her family and especially found joy spending time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Andy “Doc” and Mable Higginbotham Lane, and her sisters, Mickey Donovan and Sarah Adkins.

Survivors include her husband of 68 years, Billy Pryor; daughter, Tish LeBoeuf (Leighton, Jr.); son, Phil Pryor (Kristy); grandchildren, Anna LeBoeuf, Jonathan LeBoeuf, Andy LeBoeuf (Erin), Austin LeBoeuf, Wesley LeBoeuf, Zoe Pryor, and Ava Pryor; and many dear nieces, nephews, grand neices and grand nephews.

The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 21, and 1-2 p.m. on Thursday at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 South Moore Road.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 South Moore Road.

A private burial service will be held at the Cedar Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Maryville, Tn. on Friday at 2 p.m..

Memorial contributions may be made to the Brainerd Baptist Church Youth Ministry, 300 Brookfield Avenue, Chattanooga, Tn. 37411.
