Christopher Allan Cagle, 34, formerly of Chattanooga, died on Saturday, Aug. 12, 2006, in Knoxville.

A native of Chattanooga, he was a graduate of East Ridge High School and attended Chattanooga State Community College and the University of Southern Indiana in Evansville, In.

At his death, Chris was employed as regional sales manager with Clearwater Mortgage Company in Knoxville. He was a member of Brainerd Baptist Church.

Chris was preceded in death by his mother, Gale Delaney Cagle; his maternal grandparents, William C. and Gloria Delaney; and paternal grandfather Lee Roy Cagle.

He is survived by his daughter, Sydney Lee Cagle; and her mother, Michelle Couch Cagle, of Chattanooga; parents, Conrad and Lesa Cagle; brothers, Clay and Kevin Cagle; sister, Kelly Cagle; and paternal grandmother, Iris Cagle, all of Evansville, In.

Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, in the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Dr. Darryl L. Craft officiating.
Interment will follow in Chattanooga Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the trust established for the education of his daughter at the East Ridge Branch of First Tennessee Bank.
