"The ever expanding vine with captivating blooms is the state Wildflower of Tennessee and as a collective of Yoga Instructors we share the same qualities of Expansiveness, Presence, and Vitality."
Through out the day and evening Yoga Landing is home to a balanced schedule of Heated and Cooler practices with a variety of styles including Source Vinyasa, Heated Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Children’s Yoga and Athletic Recovery. It is the studio’s aspiration to provide an opportunity for students to find the types of Yoga practices that will benefit them most.
New students as well as experienced practitioners will find several daily options to fit their interests and schedule. Every class Yoga Landing offers focuses on the improvement or recovery of the physical body as the instructors holistically encourage student’s to awaken to their intellectual, emotional, and spiritual aims as well.
Yoga Landing intends to assist student’s with a stressless visit by providing elegant showering facilities, small ratio morning child care, and complimentary parking.
In addition to yoga classes, Yoga Landing is also home to several wellness modalities and practitioners offering one on one sessions in Yoga Therapy, Phoenix Rising Therapy and Ayurvedic Wellness Counseling.
Ms. Jollie shares that “Ultimately, we are creating a Sanctuary in the Heart of Chattanooga. Whether you need to sweat, sit, lengthen, strengthen, relax, cry or laugh we are a place for you to land.”
