Hamilton County Young Republicans Announce “Unwoke: A Night With Clay Travis” Fundraiser On Aug. 19

  • Thursday, June 19, 2025

The Hamilton County Young Republicans announced its summer fundraiser: “Unwoke: A Night with Clay Travis,” taking place on Tuesday, Aug. 19, at 6 p.m. at the Chattanooga Whiskey Event Hall.

Organizers said, "Clay Travis—nationally recognized commentator, founder of OutKick, and conservative firebrand with over 1.2 million followers on X (formerly Twitter)—will headline the event. Known for his fearless takes on politics, sports, and cancel culture, Travis will deliver an unfiltered conversation on the fight against woke ideology and the future of the conservative movement."

“This event isn’t about echo chambers—it’s about energizing the next generation of conservatives who are unafraid to speak truth in a culture of conformity,” said Mary Francis Hoots, chair of the Hamilton County Young Republicans. “Clay Travis has been fearless in pushing back against groupthink, and we’re excited to bring that spirit to Hamilton County.”
