Wednesday Night Bible Studies Beginning At Tyner UMC

  • Wednesday, August 28, 2013
Dinners begin this Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. at Tyner United Methodist Church, 6805 Standifer Gap Road. Food will be served until 6:30. Music will begin around 6 p.m. to kickoff the Wednesday evening programs for the fall. There will be entertainment for all ages: an inflatable slide for kids, music by Lou Wamp & Swingshift, and even a Cotton Candy Machine. There will be hamburgers, hot dogs and all the trimmings for your enjoyment! The meeting will be in the pull through in front of the church.

There will also be information on the Study Groups for all ages that will be beginning this fall:

Revelation Bible Study – Come experience and unravel the book of Revelation with Senior Pastor Charlie Harrison.

Practice of Prayer – Join Pastor Jacob Reedy and Alberta Keylon to look at the importance of prayer, how to strengthen your personal prayer life and new creative ways to pray.

Heaven Is For Real – Learn about this young boy’s amazing story of Heaven while your children study it as well. Facilitated by Lou Harrison.

Kids Rock – This fall, the children will be diving into Heaven Is For Real and learning all about Heaven!

Youth – This fall, we will be studying topics including social media, our true identity, relationships and getting to know more about who Jesus is! We’ll also continue our books of the Bible studies and our Team Tyner initiative to encourage the church in our pursuit of getting healthy!
