Thomas Hammond
Thomas Price Hammond, 91, of Rossville, Georgia, died on April 8, 2016.
He was a resident of North Georgia for most of his life and was a member of Fairview United Methodist Church in Fairview, Ga.
Thomas was preceded in death by his brothers, Johnny Hammond, Charlie Hammond, Bufford Hammond; sister, Marie Murry; and granddaughter, Paige Hogland.
He is survived by his loving wife, Grace (Hickey) Hammond, of Rossville; sons, Ronald (Dianne) Hammond, of Douglasville, Ga., Roger Scott Hammond, of Rossville; sister, Mildred Caul; grandchildren, Tiffany, Nick; five great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Monday, April 11, in the funeral home Chapel, with Reverend Ronald Ragon Officiating.
Burial will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
Family will receive friends on Monday from 12 p.m. until the time of service.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Alzheimer’s Association.
