3-Story Business Building On Cherokee Boulevard Sells For Just Under $5 Million

A three-story business building on Cherokee Boulevard in North Chattanooga has sold for just under $5 million.

The building, with 18,000 square feet, began taking its first tenants in 2017.

It is at 325 Cherokee Blvd.

The sale was to Cherokee 1 Llc from 325 Cherokee Llc $4,950,000
