Chattanooga Preparatory School Plans Additional Classrooms, Support Spaces

Chattanooga Preparatory School is planning additional classrooms and support spaces at its site in Highland Park.

There is a rezoning request for less than half an acre at 1806 Bailey Ave.

The location is the former Tennessee Temple.

The Girls Leadership Academy located first in the complex, followed by the boys school.

The planning staff is recommending approval for a zoning change.

It goes before the Planning Commission on Monday.

David Hudson is the architect on the project.
