Louise Kendricks Woods
Louise Kendricks Woods, age 91, of Chattanooga, Tennessee passed away peacefully Monday, June 10, 2019.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jeff and Alice Bell Kendricks.
She was owner of Wood’s Day Care and for many years she worked at Hamilton County Cafeteria Department and Chambliss Children Home.
Survivors are her children, Mary Rowland, Charlie Johnson, of Chattanooga, Tn., and Patricia (Gary) Suttle of Ringgold, Ga. She leaves four generations of grandchildren; cousins, other relatives, and friends.
A funeral service will be on Friday, June 14, at 1 p.m. at New Zion Baptist Church, 809 Martin L. King, Blvd., Chattanooga, Tennessee, with Pastor Robert Allen as eulogist.
The family will receive friends at the church one hour before the service.
Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
