No. 919-17 A Resolution to approve and accept applications for notary public positions, the bonds and oaths of notaries previously elected, oaths of Deputy Sheriffs, and the oath of Chairman and Chairman Pro Tempore of the Hamilton County Board of Commissioners.


Res. No. 919-18 A Resolution to appoint one (1) member to the Hamilton County Health and Safety Hearing Board to fill an unexpired term ending April 20, 2020.


Res. No. 919-19 A Resolution making an appropriation to Harrison Ruritan Foundation in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00) from General Fund travel discretionary monies, as allotted to District Five.

No. 919-25 A Resolution approving the purchase, from the Tennessee Statewide Contract/SWC-209 of two (2) vehicles to be utilized as unmarked vehicles, for an amount not to exceed $60,000.00 for the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, and authorizing the County Mayor to sign any contracts necessary to implement this Resolution.


Res. No. 919-26 A Resolution approving the purchase of twenty (20) vehicles amounting to $667,524.00 from Ford of Murfreesboro from the state contract SWC-209 for the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, and authorizing the County Mayor to sign any contracts necessary to implement this Resolution.


Res. No. 919-27 A Resolution authorizing the Office of Emergency Management and Homeland Security to apply for a 2019 Homeland Security Grant with the Tennessee Department of Military and the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency with a period beginning September 1, 2019 and ending April 30, 2022 and allowing the Mayor to execute the contract upon receipt of the grant.


Res. No. 919-28 A Resolution accepting the bid of Eskola, LLC for the Hamilton County Courthouse re-roofing project amounting to $1,542,267.00, for the Hamilton County Engineering Department and authorizing the County Mayor to sign any contracts necessary to implement this Resolution.

Res. No. 919-30 A Resolution to rezone from A-1 Agricultural District and R-2 Residential District to R-1 Single Family Residential District, for property located at 3132 Ooltewah Ringgold Road.
