Harvey “Skip” Louis Stuckey, Jr., 79, of Ooltewah, was called home on Thursday, October 15, 2020.

 

He was born in Atlanta, and lived in Albany, Ga., during his childhood. Skip was a hospital pharmacist in Florida for 36 years before moving to Chattanooga in 1998. He loved teaching and taught at Grace Baptist Academy for seven years, retiring in 2005. Skip loved woodworking, fishing and gardening. He also enjoyed traveling with his wife for the last 15 years after retirement.

 

Skip is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Sherre; two sons, Scott and David (Julia); six grandchildren; his sister, Kay (Mike) Warren; one niece and nephew and their families.

 

A private memorial service will be held for the family at a later date.
