Paul Clayborn Haney, passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2020, at the age of 80.

Mr. Haney was born and raised in Chattanooga and served 20 years in the United States Navy.  His love for family brought him back to Chattanooga where he continued his life as a successful businessman.  Paul was an active member for 19 years at the Elks Lodge #91 in East Brainerd. 

Paul is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Catherine Mary Haney, son, Michael A. Haney, daughter, Patricia A. Haney, grandsons, Joseph Cross and Dillon Cross, great-grandchildren, Artemis Cross and Isabella Cross, also his loving sister, Carolyn Born and brother, Don Haney.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 22, in the funeral home chapel.  Interment will follow at the Chattanooga National Cemetery with full military honors.  Family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until time of service Tuesday at the funeral home 

Due to Covid-19, we request that mask be worn at all times at the funeral home and the National Cemetery, and that all Hamilton County and the CDC’s mandates be adhered to.

Arrangements are by the East Brainerd Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 8214 E. Brainerd Road, Chattanooga, Tn. 37421.
