Betty Jane Ross, 77, of Trenton, a loving mother, wife and grandmother, passed away, Saturday, February 22, 2020. She had worked for Lookout Mountain Golf Course and was a member of Trenton Ministry Center.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Durward and Mamie Johnson and granddaughter, Dena Wilson.
Survivors include her husband, James Rufus Ross; sons, Mark Wilson, Timothy Wilson and Kenneth (Cindy) Wilson; step-daughters, Michelle (Travis) Womack and Jackie (Bobby) Walker; step-son, James (Stacy) Ross, Jr.; sisters, Wanda (Gary) Tallent and Charlotte Lynn; brother, Robert (Myra) Johnson; sister-in-law, Geneva (Bill) Clemons; several grandchildren; and nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 26 in the chapel of Moore Funeral Home, with Pastor Randy Tinker officiating. Burial will be held in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. and Wednesday from 11- a.m.-1 p.m.
