This bowl of rice or noodles topped with your choice of fresh ingredients is sure to become a favorite for the person on the go!"
“We’ve wanted to share the traditional tastes of Korea with Chattanooga for a long time,” said owner Carlos Kal. “We’re excited to be able to finally share our favorite authentic flavors and recipes with the community.”
The restaurant is offering high-quality products at an affordable cost. All meats are 100% USDA choice. Beef is 30-day wet-aged to increase tenderness and poultry is certified antibiotic-free. The menu includes silken tofu and a wide variety of fresh vegetables to round out the offerings. The price for an entrée is expected to be under $10.
Nooga Bop will be open seven days a week during mall hours.
