Blood Assurance To Host Blood Drive Aug. 18

The East Ridge Police and Fire Departments will be hosting a Blood Assurance Blood Drive on Tuesday, August 18 from noon-6 p.m. at the Police Department, 4214 Ringgold Road.

Donors do not have to be police or fire department employees.

It’s recommended to schedule an appointment by visiting www.bloodassurance.org/erpd, calling 423-756-0966 or emailing amyobrien@@bloodassurance.org.

There will be free covid-antibody screening for donors. A free beach towel will be given to donors.  Donors who give blood twice this summer will be entered to win a Big Green Egg.

"Please support our effort to meet blood needs for our area," organizers said.
