Pauline Holsomback Dillard, 86, passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2021.  

She worked at Shaw Carpets for over 38 years and more recently at Elmcroft Assisted Living on Lee Highway until March of 2020 due to the pandemic. She was a member of New Liberty Baptist Church.

Mrs. Dillard was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Dillard; mother, Velma Leonard (Howard); father Willie Holsomback; and a brother, Charles Edgemon.

Survivors include her daughter, Angela Seanor (Mark); son, Darryl Barton (Brenda); brother, Robert Holsomback; grandchildren, Natalie Lea (Michael), Aimee Banta (Chris), and Tracy Wilson (Scott); great-grandchildren, Avery Wilson, John David Lea, Rylee Banta, Eli Wilson, Ethan Lea, Cooper Banta and Lydia Wilson.

Due to the current health crisis and to keep family and friends safe, there will be no visitation.  A private graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, January 16, for the family.  Graveside services will be streamed live under Chattanooga Funeral Home, East Chapel’s Facebook page.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to New Liberty Baptist Church 923 Graysville Road, Ringgold, Georgia 30736, Harbor Evangelism International, Inc. P.O. Box 392, Apison, Tennessee 37302 or to Samaritan’s Purse, P.O. Box 3000, Boone, North Carolina 28607.

Arrangements are by the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 South Moore Road, East Ridge, TN.
