Will There Ever be a Free And Fair Election Again in Our Country?

  • Thursday, January 21, 2021
First I want to make my opinion clear. The 2020 election and questions around its fairness is not about Trump or Biden. It is not about being a Conservative, Moderate or Liberal. In my opinion the only issue regardless of what side to the aisle you place your core beliefs on is “Will we ever have free and fair elections again?”

While I continue to read and hear people's heated and sometimes angry arguments and opinions that there is proof and evidence or there is no proof or evidence of election "fraud." I ask everyone to back off from your "talking points." Take it upon yourself to actually review the election data.
Especially in the states that had numerous reports of election irregularities. Stay away from the main-stream or alternative media's opinions and come up with an informed opinion of your own.

You can actually look at the information from the states themselves. It is easy to go to each Secretary of State's voter website and review for yourself the actual numbers. Come to your conclusion based on what the state and election commission has reported not what you hear from your favorite media source. Now I know that is difficult for many of us that are working full-time, caring for children, schooling children and just trying to get by each day to take on a task such as that. Unfortunately, if we are going to have a peaceful and safe society it is best that we do our part to be an informed citizen.

Finally, I hope everyone understands and will agree that transparency in our elections is paramount to ensure that the election is "perceived" as fair. Transparency not only includes the voting and vote counting process but to all technology used in elections and paid for by us, the taxpayers. Both parties have had concerns about the electronic voting machines for over a decade. For this reason it is especially important to allow clear transparency to the voting machine logs and ballots fed into the machines. Regardless, even if the voting and vote counting was accurate without transparency the "perception" of election irregularities will only get worse and create division within our society.

Unfortunately that is where we are now. I can only pray our country will recover and survive the 2020 election. As of now I don’t think we are anywhere close to surviving the 2020 election. The future of our Republic is in the hands of God and God alone. During these difficult times we should turn to Him every day for wisdom and guidance.
