With a continued focus on growing its footprint in southeast Tennessee, Crown Automotive Group has opened its newest dealership in Cleveland. Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is welcoming new and existing customers to the new facility located just off of I-75 at exit 20. Long-time area resident and automotive professional Jayme Harris is general manager of the new Crown dealership.
Cleveland’s new Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram dealership is forecasting extensive growth and hopes to increase its sales and service team count by 25 percent this year. The 45,000 square foot building features soaring ceilings and floor to ceiling windows along with windows that look from the customer lounge directly into the service work bays, is designed and built for customer comfort, convenience and growth.
Mr. Harris notes that one of the best features of the dealership is its Jeep articulation course. Crown is the only dealership in the region with a Jeep off-road track course that makes a test drive even more exciting to potential buyers, said officials. The course offers a branded off-road performance regimen to put vehicles through their paces.
Crown’s Service Center is state of the art with all the latest diagnostic and alignment equipment, and a team of certified master technicians, said officials. The dealership offers loaner cars when needed and a car wash after every service, along with other customer amenities.
Officials said the Crown team gave great thought to the needs of customers buying 4WD/off-road vehicles and has opened a full-service, after-market, off-road center. This upfit center is well-stocked and prepared to provide the ultimate upfit to any off-road vehicle including suspension and shocks to lighting, wheels, tires and performance packages.
Jim Myers, president and COO of Crown Automotive Group shares Mr. Harris’ excitement about the new location. “Location is key, and with our store so close to the gateway to the Ocoee, we’re planning some drives that will take our vehicles on some aggressive trails and into the woods. We’re also in the beginning phases for planning our annual ‘Jeep Jam’ that will bring Jeep owners from around the region to enjoy all sorts of offerings and a day with fellow enthusiasts. Later in the year, we plan to host a performance car show that will feature some real show-stoppers that will be a huge draw for regional audiences.”
