Collins, Frank Degusta

Frank Collins, 76, of Harrison, departed this life on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at Parkridge North Medical Center. 

Born in Chattanooga on July 13, 1944 to the late Nick and Frances Collins, he attended Lakeway Baptist Churchand was co-owner of The Highway 58 Tire Store. Frank was a well-known mechanic and loved spending time with family and friends.

In addtion to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his daughter, Lucinda Collins Pickett; as well as several siblings.

Left behind to cherish Frank's memory are his loving wife of 60 years, Ellen Collins; children, Johnny Collins (Tina), Vince Collins, Russell Collins (Jamie) and Michael Collins; sixteen grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family, as well as a host of friends.

A Celebration of Life and Homegoing for Frank Degusta Collins will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, April 6 from the Cleveland Chapel of Companion Funeral Home, with Pastor Guinn Green officiating. Interment will follow in McInturff Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 1-3 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, prior to the service.
