Georgia Has 24 More Coronavirus Deaths And 432 New Cases

Georgia state health officials reported on Wednesday there have been 24 additional deaths due to the coronavirus. The current total is 17,986.

There are 432 new cases, as that total reaches 894,445 confirmed cases of coronavirus.

Hospitalizations are at 63,477, which is an increase of 141 from Tuesday.

Here are the numbers by county:

Catoosa County: 5,808 cases, up 2; 65 deaths; 259 hospitalizations

Chattooga County: 2,258 cases, up 2; 65 deaths, up 1; 186 hospitalizations, up 2

Dade County: 1,242 cases, up 3; 13 deaths; 62 hospitalizations

Walker County: 6,666 cases, up 4; 80 deaths, up 1; 292 hospitalizations

Whitfield County: 14,950 cases, up 8; 230 deaths, up 1; 769 hospitalizations, up 2
