Kap Y. Kwak, 86, of Chattanooga, died on Thursday, July 29, 2021.

She was born in Korea and was the daughter of the late Boon Keun Kim and Boon Suk Park.  Kap was a member of the Korean Yeolin Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include her children, Yun Gravitt, Young Woon Kwak and wife, Jaeyon Kwak, Yoon Ok Lim and husband, Jaehong Lim and Young Min Kwak; grandchildren, Gina Kwak and husband, Kihyon Kim, Kayla Kwak, Jason Gravitt, Kensley Gravitt, Jiyeon Lim, Jisoo Lim and Jinho Lim and great-grandson, Jaden Kim.

Funeral services will be held at 5 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 1, in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Kyongho Park officiating.
